Welcome to Lobster Beach Club Resorts
We’re excited to welcome you to our luxurious beachfront haven. To ensure an unforgettable experience, we’ve created these simple terms to guide your stay with us. Please take a moment to review them.


Booking & Payments

  1. Reservation Confirmation

    • All bookings are subject to availability and can be made online or via direct contact. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.
  2. Deposit & Payment

    • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for payment.
  3. Pricing & Inclusions

    • Our pricing includes accommodation, food, and water for one guest. Additional meals and services can be arranged at an extra cost. Prices are subject to change, but any adjustments will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Flexible Cancellations

    • Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel, simply let us know 48 hours before your check-in date to receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  2. No-Show Policy

    • In the event of a no-show, we will retain the 50% deposit, but we’ll be happy to reschedule your stay for another date (subject to availability).

Check-in & Check-out

  1. Check-in Time

    • You can start enjoying your luxury escape from 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
  2. Check-out Time

    • Check-out is at 12:00 PM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the space for our next guest. Late check-outs may be arranged with prior notice and could incur additional charges.

Guest Policies

  1. Occupancy

    • Our Beach Lofts and Beachside Apartments comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. If you’re bringing additional friends or family, please inform us ahead of time to ensure we can provide the best experience for everyone.
  2. Children & Pets

    • While we love all kinds of guests, at this time, pets are not permitted in our accommodations. Children are welcome, and we strive to create a safe environment for families.

Resort Etiquette

  1. Respect for Other Guests

    • We’re all here to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Please be mindful of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the night.
  2. Use of Amenities

    • Our pools, jacuzzis, and other amenities are there for your enjoyment. For safety reasons, please follow all posted rules and guidelines when using these facilities.

Liability & Safety

  1. Personal Belongings

    • While we provide secure spaces, Lobster Beach Club Resorts is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. We encourage you to use our in-room safes for valuables.
  2. Health & Safety

    • Your well-being is our top priority. Please notify us if you have any specific health concerns or requirements during your stay. Our staff is trained in first aid, and medical assistance is available if needed.
