Our Booking Policy

Welcome to Lobster Beach Club Resorts, where every stay is tailored to perfection! To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all our guests, we’ve put together a few policies that guide the booking and stay process. Please read through to understand what to expect before and during your time with us.


Booking Process

  1. How to Book

    • To secure your reservation, simply book online through our website or contact us directly. Our friendly customer service team is always here to assist you.
  2. Deposit & Payment Terms

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance can be settled upon check-in.
    • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or through our secured payment portal.
    • Prices listed on the website include accommodation, food, and water for one guest.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Flexible Cancellations
    We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible. You may cancel or amend your booking as follows:

    • 48 hours prior to arrival: Full refund of your deposit.
    • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows: Unfortunately, no-shows are charged the full amount.
  2. How to Cancel or Amend Your Booking

    • Should you need to modify or cancel your booking, simply contact us via phone or email. Our team will guide you through the process.

Check-in & Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM

Late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability. Please inform us in advance.


Resort Rules & Guidelines

  1. Maximum Occupancy

    • Each beach loft and beachside apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. For larger groups, kindly contact us to arrange suitable accommodation.
  2. Food & Drink Policy

    • One meal and bottled water are included per guest. Additional meals and beverages are available at the restaurant or upon request.
  3. Noise Levels

    • Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum, especially during the night. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful environment.
  4. Damages

    • Any damages to property or amenities will be charged to the guest’s account. Please handle our spaces with care so we can maintain the luxurious experience for all visitors.

Health & Safety

  1. COVID-19 Protocols
    Your safety is our priority. We adhere to all health guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests. Regular sanitization, social distancing, and mask-wearing (where necessary) are part of our ongoing efforts to protect everyone.

  2. Security

    • Our resort is guarded 24/7 by trained security personnel. We also provide safes in all rooms to store your valuables.
  3. Emergency Services

    • In case of any emergency, our staff is available round the clock to assist you. We also have an in-house medical professional on call for urgent needs.

    • Planning to go jetskiing or join our sip and paint? We recommend booking your activities in advance to secure your spot, especially during weekends.
  2. Special Requests

    • Want to surprise your partner with a romantic dinner by the beach or arrange private transportation? Let us know, and we’ll make your stay extra special.
